A full refund* will be made if Grand Yorkshire Limited is informed of your cancellation at least 7 days before departure. A 50% refund will be made if Grand Yorkshire Limited is informed between 6 days and 24 hours before departure. Unfortunately, no refund can be offered for cancellations made on the day of departure. Where possible we will endeavour to resell your seat(s) – if successful we will refund the extra 50%. If you fail to inform Grand Yorkshire Limited of your cancellation before the tour departs, you will be charged 100% of the price of the tour. *Booking fees are non-refundable
