Right in the centre of this ancient land lies a sunken valley called Rosedale. Steeped in geological - as well as man-made history, it's picture-postcard pretty.
Scoured out by rivers and meltwater from millions of years ago, this steep-sided depression gives way to patchwork fields and the charming village of Rosedale Abbey. Once an industrial hub, the dale is now peaceful and filled with more natural sounds. Infact, it's a nature-lovers paradise.
On this meander, we'll show you this beautiful spot where you can switch off and slow down. Breathe in fresh air. Watch clouds float past. Listen to beautiful bird call. Smell fragrant flowers and other natural scents. We'll show you some secret places few people know about and a sensory adventure that'll 'fine-tune' your experience too. Combined with walking in nature, you'll feel more alive, super-chilled and invigorated.
